Villaggio dei Primi Piatti Campani” at “I Primi d’Italia 2023… a GREAT SUCCESS!

The 2023 edition of “The First of Italy” held from 28 September to 1 October 2023 in Foligno (PE), saw the Consortium for the Protection of Ricotta Bufala Campana DOP among the main protagonists of the event that with the “Villaggio dei Primi Piatti Campani” was a huge success for the public, which went beyond the most rosy forecasts.
The “Villaggio dei Primi Piatti Campani” was organized at Palazzo Pierantoni by the Consortium of our PDO in collaboration with the Consorzi di Tutela della Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, of the Pasta di Gragnano PGI and of the Pomodorino del Piennolo Vesuvio PDO, with the precious contribution of seven companies from the Campania agro-food sector that with their excellence have contributed to make this event memorable:
Agrigenus for its Pelati San Marzano dell’Agro Sarnese-Nocerino PDO and the Fagioli Cannellino “Dente di Morto” di Acerra, the olive-growing company Badevisco for the precious olive oil EVO, the G.C. Meat for the valuable beef, pork and sheep, I Vignai del Casavecchia for the characteristic wines, l‘antica distilleria Petrone for the delicate distillates, the Bakery F.lli Rossetti for the excellent bakery products and the Dragon for the selection of dried fruit, legumes and potatoes.
