Great success of “Le Sorelle di Latte” at DOLCI D’ITALIA 2023

The Ricotta e the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP also this year among the excellences protagonists of DOLCI D’ITALIA, the National Festival of Sweets which was held in Spoleto (PG) from October 28 to November 1.

Five intense days between show cooking, tastings, meetings, comparisons to tell of two great excellences of the Italian agro-food heritage and a wonderful territory, steeped in art, history and traditions.

One of the highlights, the presentation and tasting at the Sweet Academy of U’à, the ravioli with Ricotta di Bufala Campana DOP made by pastry chef Marco C. Merola of Contemporanea Caserta.
