The Ricotta of Bufala Campana DOP present at “Dolci d’Italia”

Continuing the beautiful and synergistic collaboration with Epta – Confcommercio Umbria, also this year the Consorzio di Tutela della Ricotta di Bufala Campana DOP will be present at Spoleto (PG) from 28 October to 1 November to “Dolci d’Italia”, the festival that celebrates Italian confectionery tradition and innovation.
An opportunity to tell, through tastings and sweet show the wonders of our DOP, a product of extraordinary goodness and versatility, precious ingredient of many delicious preparations.
To accompany us once again in this sweet adventure the pastry chef Marco C. Merola of Contemporanea Caserta that the Sweet Academy of Italian sweets at the cloister of San Nicolò in Spoleto will present another great surprising creation, the result of the encounter between his refined pastry art and our PDO: U’à the sweet ravioli with Ricotta di Bufala Campana DOP, basil, lemon and sudachi.
