Ricotta di Bufala Campana PDO at the Artis Suavitas 2022 Award Ceremony

Thursday, June 30, in the magnificent setting of the Court Theatre of the Royal Palace of Naples, at the end of the event “Artis Suavitas Civitas” was held the award ceremony Artis Suavitas 2022.
The Consortium for the Protection of Ricotta di Bufala Campana PDO, in line with its values has supported this initiative to promote the excellence of our country and encourage intergenerational dialogue on current issues in the art world, culture, environment and entrepreneurship.

Benito La Vecchia, President of the Consorzio di Tutela della Ricotta di Bufala Campana PDO after having participated as speaker, together with other authoritative personalities, at the morning meeting, entitled “The power between culture and identity”, healthy eating as a driving force for development and tourist attraction was, during the Gala Evening, the prize of two Excellencies of our Country in the world of Cinema and Entrepreneurship.

Invited on the stage of the Court Theatre of the Royal Palace of Naples, by the talented and elegant RAI presenter, Veronica Maya, President La Vecchia presented the Artis Suavitas 2022 award, first to the young and brilliant Neapolitan artist Alessio Lapice, as one of the most talented actors of Italian cinema and then to the volcanic and visionary entrepreneur Oscar Farinetti who with the creation of Eataly has contributed to the enhancement of men and women who at every latitude of our country are engaged in the production of food simple and extraordinary, pursuing the path of environmental and cultural sustainability.

The other Excellencies awarded in the Artis Suavitas 2022 edition were:

Pupi Avati (director);
Diego De Silva (writer);
Laura Delli Colli (journalist and writer);
Massimiliano Gallo (actor and director);
Hauser (musician);
Milot (painter and sculptor);
Michelangelo Pistoletto (painter and sculptor);
Liu Ruowang (painter and sculptor);
Maya Talem (actress and model).

The evening ended with an original Gala Dinner, for the Authorities and Personalities intervened, in an area of the Hanging Garden of the Royal Palace of Naples in front of the priceless and evocative view of the Gulf of Naples.
During the Gala Dinner were served original and delicious “finger” both sweet and savory made by Minichini Events with Ricotta di Bufala Campana DOP:

Croissant with Ricotta di Bufala Campana, Speck and Misticanza;
Tartlets with Spuma di Ricotta di Bufala Campana and Agrumi,
Sicilian cream puffs and cannoletto with Ricotta di Bufala Campana;
Ricotta di Bufala Bell and Chocolate Mousse.
