The media have given ample prominence to the news that the Mipaaf, as communicated in the Official Journal General Series n.245 of the 13-1310-2021, gave the green light to the amendment of the production specification proposed by the Consorzio di Tutela della Ricotta di Bufala Campana which, once approved by the Community in Brussels, will kick off the production of two types of Ricotta di Bufala traditional: a light version with a very low fat content and one without lactose. In both cases, without any alteration of the taste and typicality of Ricotta di Bufala Campana PDO.
