The protection consortium Ricotta di Bufala Campana DOP and Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP will present together with the public within the walls of Cittadella (PD) on the occasion of the 11th edition of “Formaggio in Villa” the city festival dedicated to the world of cheese excellence.
This combination of Made in Italy will be the protagonist during the days of the exhibition with activities and workshops in the spaces of via Roma, 29.
The protection consortium Ricotta di Bufala Campana DOP, chaired by Benito La Vecchia, in a few years has managed to enhance a product of great charm and rich in nutrients. The mission of the Consortium is to preserve, protect and promote this excellence of the agro-food heritage of our country.
To let a wider public discover the unique taste and the great goodness of a product with extraordinary versatility in cooking and pastry that recently has also hit the target, with the change of the production specification, to introduce a light version and a lactose-free version, to keep up with new consumption needs.
