Passion, enthusiasm, creativity, spirit of sacrifice, humility. This is Giuseppe Iannotti the executive Chef of the restaurant Kresios of Telese Terme, 2 Michelin stars and a friend of the Consorzio per la Tutela della Ricotta di Bufala Campana DOP to whom with affection and esteem we make our most sincere congratulations for the prestigious assignment received by Intesa Sanpaolo to guide the gastronomic offer of the Gallerie d’Italia in Naples. “Iannotti – reads the popular note of the Intesa Sanpaolo banking institution – stands out for its innovative dishes that tell the world and the excellence of Campania even in a single course”. “In line with the spirit of the Intesa Sanpaolo Cultural Project and with the identity of the new museums – it is explained -, the restaurant offer will have strong territorial roots but with a constant search for originality, experimentation and exploration of new languages.”
On 21 May the inauguration of the new exhibition space, in Via Toledo, in the building of the former Banco di Napoli, not far from the previous location of the museum, or Palazzo Zevallos Stigliano, located on the same street, a few hundred meters away. On the ground floor, the café and bistro “Luminist” with 50 seats, will be open from the end of July, seven days a week, “with a catering format that includes fish declined in all its many forms, as well as classic recipes of the Neapolitan tradition”. On the top floor, in the wonderful panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Naples and the Certosa di San Martino, there will be the lounge bar and the fine dining restaurant with two tasting paths with dishes to choose a la carte. Best of luck to our friend Giuseppe for this new exciting adventure.
