Back after three years of forced stop the twentieth edition of “Festa a Vico” the event of great cuisine and solidarity conceived by Gennarino Esposito, talented Chef of the renowned restaurant two Michelin stars “Torre del Saracino” of Vico Equense. Also this year the spotlight will be on Campania and its beautiful territories. Among the excellences present to represent the richness of our land, could not miss the Consorzio Ricotta di Bufala Campana DOP. The event will take place from 11 to 13 June between the streets of Vico Equense and the promenade of Seiano, where between tastings of typical products and the gastronomic glamour of the “stars of cooking”, you can immerse yourself in authentic flavors and secrets of tradition. Hundreds of chefs from all over the world with many prestigious names at the helm of multiple starred national and international restaurants, which this year will delight visitors with unique preparations and able to fully grasp the theme of “Rebirth”.
Rebirth meant as a return to those simple and genuine origins from which the great Italian cuisine loved all over the world was born. “Festa a Vico 2023” will be a praise to the culture in an event of flavors and charity of rare beauty… How to miss?
