The Consorzio Ricotta of Bufala Campana PDO at “Dolci d’Italia”

The Consorzio Ricotta di Bufala Campana DOP will be present in Spoleto from October 29 to November 1 on the occasion of “Dolci d’Italia”, the festival dedicated to Italian confectionery tradition and innovation. The participation of our Consortium of Protection aims to promote and make known through tastings and sweet shows the precious versatility of Ricotta di Bufala Campana DOP, protagonist of countless preparations. The presence of Consorzio Ricotta di Bufala Campana DOP will be enriched by the participation of pastry chef Marco Merola who for the occasion will prepare, in a space dedicated to show cooking, his original and delicious pastiera Contemporanea of the Neapolitan pastiera.
