Ingredients for 4 people:
8 slices of raw ham,
300 g Ricotta of Bufala Campana DOP;
1 bunch of chives
1 bunch of fresh basil
extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper q.b.

Finely chop some chives. Add Ricotta of Bufala Campana DOP, chives, chopped basil and a drizzle of EVO oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper and then mix the ingredients and with a spatula work all until you get a soft and creamy mixture.
Spread the slices of ham on the worktop, and divide them in half in the long direction with a knife. Spread on each slice of ham the cream of ricotta previously prepared and gently wrap the roll. Place your rolls in a serving plate and refrigerate them to serve fresh.
