Three days full of meetings, initiatives and events totally free, with one great goal: to encourage intergenerational dialogue on current issues and focus on the theme of proper nutrition.

To relaunch the healthy properties of Ricotta di Bufala Campana PDO, the president of the Consortium of Protection, Benito La Vecchia, will be among the speakers of the meeting on “Food between culture and identity”, a focus on healthy eating as a driving force for development and tourist attraction, which will be held on June 30 at 10 am at the Teatro di Corte del Palazzo Reale in Naples.

“It will be an important opportunity to bring our product into the elite of excellence, telling the story and values of a food that is suitable for all ages, which not only does good but also has a lot of taste,” says President La Vecchia.

Also on 30 June, on the occasion of the official award ceremony Artis Suavitas 2022, will be the president of the Consortium of Protection of Ricotta di Bufala Campana PDO to reward, on the stage of the Court Theatre of Palazzo Reale, the writer Catena Fiorello, one of the most original pens on the national scene, in a special combination of food and writing on the Campania-Sicily axis.
