In Caserta the Press Conference Presentation “I Primi d’Italia 2023”

The Consorzio di Tutela della Ricotta di Bufala Campana PDO will host the press conference to present the new edition of the exhibition “I Primi d’Italia”, the only national festival of first courses, now in its 24th edition. The most delicious culinary marathon in Italy will be held in Foligno from 28 September to 1 October and will see the Ricotta di Bufala Campana DOP among the excellence protagonists of tastings representative of Italian food culture.

All the news will be presented to the press on September 7 at 11:00 in the Regie Cavallerizze of the Royal Palace of Caserta, home of the Consortia of Ricotta and Mozzarella di Bufala Campana Dop.
Expected great chefs, cooking lessons and continuous tastings in the suggestive baroque taverns of Foligno, for the occasion transformed into Villages of taste, where you can taste the most characteristic first courses, region by region.
