Ingredients for 4 people:
250 g of Ricotta of Bufala Campana PDO;
80 g of bitter dark chocolate;
80 g of sugar;
100 g of biscuits or if you prefer amaretti and some mint leaves.
Cut dark chocolate into small pieces. Also crumble half the cookies coarsely. In a bowl mix the Ricotta of Bufala Campana PDO, previously sieved, with sugar, chocolate, crumbled biscuits and processed with a spatula until creamy.
Fill with the cream so obtained 4 glasses alternating a layer of cream with a layer of the remaining part of the biscuits crumbled a little larger.
To decorate, finish with a sprinkling of chocolate and a mint leaf that will give a further touch of freshness to this delicious dessert and place in the refrigerator at a temperature of +4 C for at least an hour before serving.
